What happens when I open my email app?

The recipient, subject and message move into your default email app. Review them and press Send there. If your app does not open or cuts the message short, copy the email or download the .eml file instead.

What if the recipient only has a contact form?

Copy the email and open the linked official contact form. Then paste the subject and message into the appropriate fields.

What should I include in my experience?

Write what you know or personally experienced. Keep facts, allegations and opinions distinct. Get permission before including someone else’s private details.
