Our Core Rules

Code of Conduct and Respectful Working

How do we expect members to treat one another? Everyone involved in ADCN must work with dignity, honesty, care and respect. Disagreement and debate are welcome; bullying, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, misuse of confidential material and taking credit for others’ work are not tolerated.

Non-Partisanship and Political Independence

Explains that ADCN does not support political parties or candidates. Members may hold personal political views, relevant affiliations should be disclosed, and ADCN resources must not be used for electoral campaigning. Institutional work remains evidence-based and independent.
